Principal's Message

Welcome back to Lynwood High School for the 2017-18 school year.  We are excited about welcoming our new Knights, the Class of 2021!

Orientation is a mandatory activity and all students are required to attend.

In order to register for the 2017-18 school year, all students and parents must establish an Aeries account.  Aeries is a student information system that allows you and your student as well as the school site to have the most up-to-date information.  Without an Aeries account, you will not be able to register your student for next school year.

At orientation students will be able to:

1.  Return Textbooks and overdue library books
2.  Pay outstanding fines
3.  Pick up class schedules
4.  Meet with counselors
5.  Purchase PE clothes
6.  Pick up textbooks

Here is the schedule of orientation dates:

Monday, August 7:  9th grade students (last name A-L) from 8am-3pm

Tuesday, August 8:  9th grade students (last name M-Z) from 8am-3pm

Wednesday, August 9:  All students in the following programs
Advanced Placement (AP), Athletics, AVID, Leadership, Link Crew and Project Lead the Way

Thursday, August 10:  Students in grades 10, 11 and 12 from 8am-3pm

Friday, August 11:  Make ups for all grades from 8am-12pm

All students must have their parent complete the data confirmation on the Aeries Parent Portal before attending orientation.  Log into your Aeries account and look for the Data Confirmation banner in yellow.

Here is the link to the Aeries portal:

All students that complete the data confirmation and return the signed confirmation by parent will receive a Lynwood High School spirit shirt.

If you have not created your Aeries account, the school will have sessions in the library to help parents set up their Aeries Parent Portal accounts:

Thursday, July 27 at 5pm
Monday, July 31 at 10am
Tuesday, August 1 at 5pm
Wednesday, August 2 at 10am
Thursday, August 3 at 1pm

In order to set up an Aeries account, parents must have an email account.  If you do not have an email account, you can go to the following page to create a new gmail account.
