Special thanks to Ms. Tran, the LHS AP Coordinator, for supporting the staff and students, and inspiring all to do their best to show how OUR STUDENTS CAN & DO!!
What is AP?

The Lynwood High School AP Courses are designed to help students develop a more extensive and critical understanding of a variety of core subjects. These classes are college-level courses within our high school which offer students a more rigorous curriculum. At the end of every course, students demonstrate the skills and knowledge in these subjects by taking the AP Exams. This gives our students the chance to prove to colleges that they can take on challenges and have mastered college-level work.

Colleges expect the most from students and the AP program is here to give students a chance to demonstrate to colleges the talents and skills they have acquired in a their AP course. We currently have 19 courses available for students from 9th to 12th grade. We look forward to working with students and parents to develop a strong AP program here at Lynwood High School.
